Our beautiful Florida villa is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in main rooms. This is the ideal home for 2 large or even 3 smaller families travelling together, or for extended family groups. For guests' additional comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted.
Tuscan Hills is an outstanding new community, and benefits from a huge selection of facilities, including impressive 2700 sq ft clubhouse with fitness room, indoor games room, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court, sand volleyball court, children's playground and palm garden (facilities free of charge to guests). An onsite restaurant is planned for future development.
The Tuscan Hills community is in an ideal situation on Highway 27 within a couple of minutes' drive of quality supermarkets, restaurants, banks, medical facilities, pharmacies and much more. The huge brand new Posner Mall is also on the 27, no more than a couple of minutes away. We are 1 mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of attractions, shops and restaurants. Nearby you will find numerous spectacular golf courses, supermarkets, and of course all the magic of Disney, Universal and Sea World. Maybe you would like to be one of the first to visit the amazing new Aquatica adventure park which opened in Spring 2008. If you are in town on business, the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive is minutes away. A ninety minute drive will take you to Busch Gardens in Tampa, or the Kennedy Space Centre.
Perhaps you are considering a well deserved "chill out" family holiday, or possibly you would prefer to tackle one of the huge selection of wonderful golf courses nearby (please feel free to use the two sets of golf clubs provided).
