• Exit airport car park & follow SOUTH EXIT to KISSIMMEE
• Stay on this road for a couple of miles until it splits into 3 lanes.  You will enter on the left but need to be in the right hand lane soon.
• Approx 400 yards on your right a sign will say 417 SOUTH. Turn right here. You will now be entering the toll road (417 South).  You will need $2.50 in total for this road.   Each booth will give change.
• Follow 417 until you hit the 192 (N.B. Make sure you have 50 cents in change for unmanned toll booth)
• Travel west on 192 right to the very end.
• Follow the signs for US 27 south towards Haines City.
• Stay on the US27 now, travelling past the 1^st National Bank and Polo Park.
• You will see Legacy Park coming up on your right, slow down and get into the left hand side lane, you will see Tuscan Hills coming up on your left, turn left now.
• You will see the entrance for Tuscan Hills on your right.
• Enter Tuscan Hills and follow the road round to Tuscan Hills Blvd, turn left and you will find your villa at the end of the road on the left hand side.

DIRECTIONS from Sanford Airport

Exit Sanford Airport and follow signs for toll road 417 South. The directions are then exactly the same as above. Be prepared and have approx $8 to pay at various booths.
